Qualifications include ability to work in a team environment, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and proficient Computer Skills. Must understand and agree to maintain confidentiality of all student information, including academic records, personal details, and disciplinary records, accessed during employment and will not disclose such information to any unauthorized person, either verbally, in writing, or electronically, except as required by law or with explicit written permission from the appropriate authority. The Office of Educator Preparation (EPP) in the College of Education (COE) office is committed to flexibility based on students schedules and offers multiple days off a year, including all student holidays, to ensure continued flexibility and a commitment to student success. Professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and willingness to learn are essential for this position, as this position is a representation of the Office of Educator Preparation (EPP) in the College of Education (COE).
The COE offers a competitive pay structure that compensates student assistants based on longevity with the COE and performance.
