The Student Basic Needs Coordinator serves as the central institutional lead in identifying, supporting, and empowering students experiencing basic needs insecurities (e.g., food, housing, emergency funds, childcare, and mental health resources). Operating alongside existing student support structures, this position manages direct student intake, builds sustainable community partnerships, and utilizes data-driven systems to foster student retention and academic persistence.
