Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience:
- Experience providing guidance or mentorship to students
Additional Considerations:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related fields
- 18 credit hours in Master's level (or higher) courses in counseling or student advising
Experience:
- Experience in academic affairs, or student affairs in a college or university setting
- Experience as a student-athlete, coach, and/or educator at a NCAA Division I, II, or III institution, or K-12 school
- Experience in a university learning support or academic advising center
