    PAY RATE

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The student will assist with the everyday operations of the Student Financial Service Office, which includes both Students Accounts and Financial Aid.  Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, assisting students and parents at the front counter, answering phones and filing, as well as assisting with additional projects as needed.   

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Assist Students and parents at the front counter

    Filling and making folders

    Assisting with additional projects as needed

    Assume additional responsibilities as required.

    WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

    Strong Customer service and communication skills

    Attention to detail and a friendly attitude

    Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar).

    Ability to embrace ideas and changes created by all community members.  

    Ability to work independently to solve problems; look for opportunities to take on responsibility; take thoughtful risks; and effectively act on new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.

    Ability to anticipate and effectively handles change; demonstrate willingness to try new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.

    HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK

    In person position during working hours of Monday – Friday between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.  Exact hours determined at the point of hire based on class schedule and needs of the office.
