    Major/Essential Functions

    • Provides customer service, communications, and administrative support to OLLI members, volunteers, and campus constituencies in-person, by phone and via other technologies.
    • Supports OLLI member record creation and membership enrollment in CampusCE and accompanying payments; creates name tags, and other promotional/informational materials.
    • Documents and adheres to procedures and timelines.
    • Assists in tracking membership database lists.
    • Assists with class scheduling, room scheduling, and course catalog preparation.
    • Manage scheduling support, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics, as assigned
    • Assists with message content creation, marketing and social media campaigns for the OLLI Program and events, as requested.
    • Assists with researching future civic organizations for all four OLLI Texas Tech cities to potentially partner with.
    • Assists with special projects that facilitate organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
    • Assists with document preparation, formatting, organization, and version control for internal and external-facing materials.
    • Adhere to confidentiality expectations and exercise sound judgement when handling information.
    • Other duties, as assigned.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with faculty, staff, and external partners
    • Experience creating social media campaigns
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with consistency in order to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes
    • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Microsoft Office, standard office equipment such as printers, desktop computers, etc.)
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and with individuals of various backgrounds and experiences.
    • Interest in community-facing work, project coordination, or professional office environments is strongly preferred.
    • Experience creating social media campaigns
