This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill Student Assistant assignments on an as-needed basis. Departments or Divisions will refer to the POOL of applications on file to fill temporary assignments as the need arises. You will be contacted by the hiring manager should the department/division be interested in scheduling an interview. The purpose of this position is to provide essential support for library functions and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
A friendly, helpful disposition.

Library front desk duties include, but are not limited to: checking out materials, shelving materials, filing paper work, faxing/coping as needed.

Student computer lab duties include, but are not limited to: filling paper, straightening the lab, assisting with software or hardware as within their abilities.
