- Provide administrative support with OOCE daily operations as needed; works closely with supervisor for direction. Duties will be assigned according to personal skills and knowledge related to performance of responsibilities.
- Complete data entry for various community outreach and engagement programs under the auspice of the Vice President for Outreach and Community Engagement.
- Upload and/or scan documentation via various platforms associated with OOCE programs and operations.
- Assist with upkeep of supply storage and supply inventory for various programs associated with OOCE programs and operations.
- Assist with graphic design work for OOCE brochures, announcements, and other marketing materials targeted and distributed to internal or external audiences.
- Assist with website updates, event calendars, and or social media content creation as needed for community outreach and engagement events and activities.
- Assist with community faculty recruitment operations, event planning, and meetings.
- Complete any special projects assigned to and given by supervisor within designated deadlines.

- Students must get permission from the Dean of their respective school to work on campus.
- Must have earned a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of computers (Mac/PC) and their programs.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision during evening and weekend hours when necessary and possess good written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking.
- Must work well in a team.
- Familiarity with website content creation and graphic design software.
