This position will gain knowledge and enjoy the worthwhile experience through their participation in this program.

Examples of Duties

The student assistant will be assigned to different sections of the New College of Florida Police Department to provide a general overview of how the Department operates.

Areas of Assignments:

• Patrol
• Investigations
• Evidence
• Records
• Support Services

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age
• Enrolled as a student at New College of Florida
• Must be in compliance with the New College of Florida and New College of Florida Police Department's Drug Free Policy and Tattoo/Ornamentation Policy
