Position Summary: | The Coordinator of Student Activities is responsible for cultivating an environment of fun and excitement at MTA, and will work in partnership with our students to create positive energy, ruach, student leadership, and camaraderie. We are seeking a creative individual who can think outside the box, as well as someone with excellent social intelligence and communication skills, who can work well with others, and is responsible and organized. This Rebbe will also sub for morning Judaic classes and will be the head of the high school dorm. |

Skills & Competencies: | Candidates should demonstrate charisma and warmth, and be able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders and community members and should have the skills necessary to effectively network with local institutions. Candidates should be passionate about education and specifically informal education and its capacity to inspire young people. Candidates should love working with young adults and be committed to providing them with opportunities to lead. |
Salary Range: | $45,000 - $60,000 |
