Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of full time administrative or higher education experience (student experience may be considered). Experience working with a diverse population of faculty, staff and community organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced, client or student-centered environment. Experience working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records. Experience responding to urgent situations and making referrals when appropriate. Experience coordinating multiple priorities, scheduling appointments, and supporting outreach activities or special projects. Experience with procurement and purchasing. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google applications, including the ability to write and run queries, create electronic forms, and manage data.
Brief Description of Duties:
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Intake and Registration Specialist guides prospective, newly admitted, and currently enrolled students through the Student Accessibility Support Center''s intake and registration processes. The Intake Registration Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for students seeking accessibility services by responding to inquiries, explaining registration procedures, reviewing submitted documentation for completeness, maintaining confidential records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating next steps in the registration process. The Specialist works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, families, and campus partners to ensure students receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, sound judgment, and careful attention to detail while handling highly confidential information. As a member of Student Health, Wellness & Prevention Services, the Intake Registration Specialist actively contributes to a collaborative team environment and supports the mission and goals of the department through teamwork, professional engagement, and student-centered service.

This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Non Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
Salary: $60,000 + $4,000 Location Pay = $64,000 Total Compensation
In addition to the employee''s base salary, this position is eligible for $4,000 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly.
Essential Position: This has been designated as an essential position based on the duties of the job and the functions performed. Positions that are designated as such may be required to report to work/remain at work even if classes are canceled, and the campus is working on limited operations in an emergency.
