JOB OVERVIEWThe Structures Maintenance Helper will assist in the skilled maintenance trades by performing general duties.RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplies materials and tools to Journeyman worker.
Assist plumber journeyman worker on site with repairs or replacement of sinks, faucets, toilets; may assist in securing water supply for fixture or appliance repair or replacement.
Assists electrical journeyman worker on site with maintenance and repair of electrical issues as directed. Replaces bulbs and without supervision.
Assists HVAC journeyman worker on site with diagnosing issues and preventative maintenance.
Assists appliance journeyman with routine maintenance and transporting appliance.
Assist carpentry journeyman on site with carpentry repair and routine maintenance.
Perform specialized machine operation or routine maintenance with specific.
direction from the trade's journeyman worker on site.
All other relevant duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum of one (1) year experience working in relevant Maintenance Trades field.
Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
