    Structured Finance Associate Attorney

    Compensation

    $310,000 – $445,000+

    A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join its New York office.

    This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions, investment banks, private credit funds, asset managers, issuers, and institutional investors in sophisticated structured finance and securitization transactions.

    Ideal Background

    4–7 years of structured finance and securitization experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

    • Experience advising clients on a broad range of structured finance, asset-backed finance, and securitization transactions

    • Experience handling CLOs, CFOs, rated note feeders, ABCP conduit programs, receivables securitizations, telecom securitizations, consumer loan facilities, student loan facilities, and other esoteric securitizations

    • Experience drafting and negotiating indentures, purchase agreements, servicing agreements, collateral management agreements, offering documents, warehouse facilities, and other core securitization documents

    • Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated financing transactions while coordinating with issuers, lenders, investors, rating agencies, and multidisciplinary deal teams

    • Experience representing investment banks, financial institutions, private credit funds, asset managers, issuers, and institutional investors

    • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    • Ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining significant client interaction

    • Excellent academic credentials

    J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

    New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted
