Lead Complex Low-Voltage Builds From Kickoff to Closeout
Imagine starting your day with a site walk to validate pathways for Cat 5/6 pulls, confirming camera placements with the customer, and checking that access control hardware aligns with the door schedule. By mid-morning, you’re coordinating subcontractors, clearing RFIs, and guiding technicians through a tricky fiber termination plan. After lunch, you fine-tune an estimate in Accubid, price a change order, and jump on a quick call to update the client on schedule and budget. By day’s end, you’ve removed roadblocks, documented progress, and set the team up for tomorrow’s milestones. That’s a typical day as our Structured Cabling & Security Systems Project Manager.
