We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee structured cabling and low-voltage projects within hospital and active healthcare facilities. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate clearly with facility teams and clients, and operate with the level of professionalism that healthcare environments demand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of structured cabling and telecom projects within hospital and healthcare environments
Coordinate with hospital facilities departments, infection control teams, and general contractors to meet site-specific access and safety requirements
Understand and follow ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) protocols, including proper setup and use of containment tents when required
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, job costing, and material take-offs
Assist with estimating, bill of materials development, and bid package submissions
Review and mark up construction drawings using Bluebeam or similar software
Supervise and direct field technicians — build crew morale and hold teams accountable to quality and safety standards
Manage change orders, RFIs, progress billing, and project documentation through closeout
Monitor compliance with building codes, infection control regulations, and hospital-specific requirements
Communicate project status, issues, and strategies to operations management and clients on a regular basis
Track WIP status and support accounts receivable collections as needed
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and current for each phase of work
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or low-voltage construction
Direct experience working in hospital or active healthcare environments is required
Experience with ICRA tenting and infection control work practices is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Bluebeam for drawing review and markup preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
Strong communication skills — ability to interface with clients, subcontractors, facility staff, and internal leadership
Stable, verifiable work history — consistent tenure with previous employers is expected
Benefits and Compensation
Pay range: $35–$40/hr. depending on experience
Consistent overtime available — approximately 10–12 hours per week
Mileage reimbursement provided at start; company vehicle available for established performers
