We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee structured cabling and low-voltage projects within hospital and active healthcare facilities. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate clearly with facility teams and clients, and operate with the level of professionalism that healthcare environments demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of structured cabling and telecom projects within hospital and healthcare environments
  • Coordinate with hospital facilities departments, infection control teams, and general contractors to meet site-specific access and safety requirements
  • Understand and follow ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) protocols, including proper setup and use of containment tents when required
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, job costing, and material take-offs
  • Assist with estimating, bill of materials development, and bid package submissions
  • Review and mark up construction drawings using Bluebeam or similar software
  • Supervise and direct field technicians — build crew morale and hold teams accountable to quality and safety standards
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, progress billing, and project documentation through closeout
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, infection control regulations, and hospital-specific requirements
  • Communicate project status, issues, and strategies to operations management and clients on a regular basis
  • Track WIP status and support accounts receivable collections as needed
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and current for each phase of work

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or low-voltage construction
  • Direct experience working in hospital or active healthcare environments is required
  • Experience with ICRA tenting and infection control work practices is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam for drawing review and markup preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
  • Strong communication skills — ability to interface with clients, subcontractors, facility staff, and internal leadership
  • Stable, verifiable work history — consistent tenure with previous employers is expected

Benefits and Compensation

  • Pay range: $35–$40/hr. depending on experience
  • Consistent overtime available — approximately 10–12 hours per week
  • Mileage reimbursement provided at start; company vehicle available for established performers
  • Full benefits package outlined in offer letter following a successful interview

Why Work With Us

  • Steady, consistent project pipeline focused in healthcare — you'll always know what's next
  • Work with a team that takes hospital environments seriously and operates with professionalism
  • Leadership that invests in people who show up, perform, and stick around
  • Clear path to additional responsibility and company vehicle for those who prove themselves
