    Job Title: Structural Welder

    Pay: Starting at $23+/hour DOE
    Schedule: Day Shift
    Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

    Structural Welder – Must-Have Requirements

    • Must be able to pass a Closed Root 3G MIG/Fluxcore Fill & Cap Weld Test
    • Minimum 2 years of welding experience required
    • Experience operating MIG and Fluxcore welding equipment
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
    • Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure
    • Strong understanding of volts, amps, and welding machine adjustments
    • Ability to troubleshoot welding and production issues
    • Basic safety training required
    • Ability to identify defects and follow quality procedures
    • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

    Structural Welder – Position Summary

    The Structural Welder is responsible for setting up and operating advanced welding equipment to fabricate and repair structural components while maintaining high-quality production standards. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot welding issues, minimize scrap and rework, and ensure all finished welds meet company and quality specifications.

    Structural Welder – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate advanced welding equipment safely and efficiently
    • Perform MIG and Fluxcore welding according to specifications
    • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
    • Inspect finished welds and products for quality and completeness
    • Troubleshoot welding equipment and make machine adjustments as needed
    • Maintain production standards and minimize scrap and rework
    • Participate in process improvement efforts to increase safety, efficiency, and quality
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Complete production tracking and basic data entry as required
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
