Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Structural Team Lead to join our integrated buildings practice in our Honolulu office.
This position will contribute to Stantecs success by planning, executing, and managing projects ranging from $30 million to over $200 million in construction values. This role is expected to use sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and effective tools and techniques to execute and deliver projects. You will be a senior contributor on our professional Buildings/AE team and will work independently to assist clients from the beginning through the end of a project. Your experience ensures that you can manage the clients, contracts, technical team, project finance, and schedules, as well as supporting the project pursuit efforts, led by the principals. You will lead the development of integrated design proposals, including design-build and design-bid-build projects, develop, and manage integrated work plans, manage project financials, and coordinate with clients while leading others and collaborating with team members to contribute to the final deliverables.
