Structural Steel Project Manager - Beavercreek

A structural steel fabricator serving the Beavercreek, OH area is hiring a Project Manager with 8+ years of steel experience. You'll run each job from contract award through erection and keep the shop and the steel erectors moving together.

Responsibilities:

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and change orders on fabricated steel projects from award to closeout
• Coordinate the shop, engineers, and detailers on drawings, approvals, and fabrication
• Work closely with steel erectors on sequencing, deliveries, site logistics, and field issues
• Run project meetings with general contractors, owners, and erectors, and handle RFIs and submittals
• Keep billing, production, and costs on track and raise risks early

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication or steel erection
• Track record coordinating steel erectors and field crews
• Comfortable reading structural and shop drawings
• Strong scheduling, cost-control, and communication skills
• Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
