Can you…

• GMAW/MIG weld structural components with strong, clean beads?
• Cut, prep, and fit material for tank and structural assemblies?
• Set up machines and handle routine equipment care?
• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols to guide your work?
• Choose the correct wire/filler and prep consumables?
• Measure, verify, and inspect to tight tolerances?
• Grind, finish, and clean parts using hand and power tools?
• Keep a tidy, safe work area and wear required PPE?
• Collaborate with the team and take on other tasks as needed?

You’ll be a great fit if you have…

• MIG welding experience (preferred)
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction (preferred)
• Working knowledge of welding equipment and processes
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and welding symbols (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and reliable follow-through
• Accurate measurement skills and a quality-first mindset
• Team orientation with solid communication

Physical realities of the job

• Lift and move up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Stand for extended periods; frequent reaching and bending
• Steady use of hands/fingers for tools and welding
• Operate in a typical shop: noise, dust, fumes, sparks
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE
