Structural Steel Fab Safety Director (Kingwood, TX)

Step into an immediate-hire Safety Director role with a structural steel fabrication company that runs three local shops. You'll lead safety across all three locations and report directly to leadership, so you'll have genuine authority to shape how the shops work.

What you'll do

• Lead and build the safety program across all 3 fabrication shops
• Drive OSHA compliance, inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Train and coach shop leaders and crews on safe fabrication practices
• Track safety metrics and report results to leadership
• Spot hazards early and put corrective actions in place

What we're looking for

• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Able to manage safety across multiple local sites

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
