Ready to own Midwest steel pursuits? An AISC-certified Michigan steel erector is hiring a permanent full-time Business Development Manager for projects of 5,000+ tons. Pay is $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives, with Midwest travel.

• Open doors with general contractors and owners for new steel erection awards
• Shape and run pursuits on structural packages of 5,000+ tons
• Stay ahead of bid calendars, competitors, and Midwest project forecasts
• Travel across the Midwest to advance live opportunities
• Carry the brand of an AISC-certified Michigan erector into every meeting

Experience we value

• Business development or sales work in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• History of landing large Midwest tonnage jobs
• Preferred ties to general contractors, fabricators, or owners
• Open to frequent Midwest travel
• Communicator who consistently closes
