• Lead all day-to-day field operations and site personnel
• Drive project schedules, look-ahead planning, sequencing, and milestone attainment
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain productivity and accountability
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts, schedule risks, and operational challenges
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for ownership representatives, consultants, inspectors, and key stakeholders
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop the next generation of field leadership

For the Senior Superintendent, we are seeking:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience in data center, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or large-scale construction
• Proven success leading ground-up projects from site development through final turnover
• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Experience using industry-standard construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience mentoring field teams and developing Assistant Superintendents
