Description

Senior Superintendent

Lead all day-to-day field operations and site personnel
Drive project schedules, look-ahead planning, sequencing, and milestone attainment
Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain productivity and accountability
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts, schedule risks, and operational challenges
Serve as the primary onsite contact for ownership representatives, consultants, inspectors, and key stakeholders
Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop the next generation of field leadership

The successful applicant for the Senior Superintendent position should have:

10+ years of Superintendent experience in data center, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or large-scale construction
Proven success leading ground-up projects from site development through final turnover
Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
Experience using industry-standard construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Experience mentoring field teams and developing Assistant Superintendents
