Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Structural MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Broken Arrow. This position focuses on welding and assembling skid-mounted structural steel components in a fast-paced fabrication environment while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has structural welding experience, can read blueprints, and enjoys working in a production-driven manufacturing environment.
Weld Test Requirement
Candidates must successfully complete a 3G MIG/Flux Core Weld Test.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous structural welding experience using MIG and Flux Core processes
Ability to pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly skills
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work extended hours in a production environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and structural components
Assemble and weld skid-mounted structural units according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Assist with fitting and mechanical assembly of fabricated components
Use precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
Inspect completed welds to verify quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Support production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Previous structural steel fabrication experience
Experience assembling skid-mounted equipment
Familiarity with fabrication tools and material handling equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent use of welding equipment and fabrication tools
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
