Your Impact
Build and weld metal parts to spec using MIG as your primary process (TIG is a plus).
Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate measurements and clean fits.
Prepare materials: measure, cut, and fit prior to final welds.
Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Verify quality: inspect weld integrity, dimensions, and overall finish.
Use grinders, saws, and drills to prep and finish assemblies.
Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow all safety/quality procedures.
Work independently while meeting productivity targets.
What We’re Looking For
Prior welding/fabrication experience; production environment experience is helpful.
Strong MIG skills; TIG experience is considered a bonus.
Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
