Pay: $34 - $38+ an hour! Depending on Experience.
Schedule: 6:00AM-finish – depending on site schedule. Morning shift.

Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring highly experienced Iron Welders for a high-demand project in Mesa, Arizona. This position requires skilled welders with structural steel experience who can perform certified welds, read blueprints, and work independently in a construction environment. Candidates must have the required AWS certifications and be prepared to pass all pre-employment requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform 3G and 4G structural welding
- Weld rails, columns, and other structural steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and regulations
- Work with ironworkers and construction crews to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Requirements
- Must provide own welding tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Strong attendance and reliability required
