Responsibilities:
- Provide project oversight(set priorities, develop objectives, project financial management, and assistancewith project design)
- Develop proposals/presentations
- Build/maintain clientrelationships
- Projects include healthcare,education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, office, and other new commercialbuildings
- Analyze existing buildingsand renovation projects
- Serve as a technicalstructural resource for a multi-disciplined team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Master’s degree with astructural emphasis preferred
- 6+ years of structuraldesign experience
- PE License
- Project Managementexperience
- Businessdevelopment/project development experience
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
