We're working with a fast-paced and growing engineering firm in Naples, FL to bring a Structural Engineer to its team. The ideal candidate should have a background in both design and planning and will be responsible for designing and executing structural designs, both in the field and on a computer.
Responsibilities:
Structural design and analysis for projects involving concrete, masonry, steel and wood construction.
Evaluate building conditions and inspections.
Assisting in preparation of drawings and specifications.
Design structures according to government building codes.
Working knowledge of Revit Structure is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- An E.I.T. with 3 to 4 Years of experience in Structural Design and Drafting.
- Familiarity with the Florida Building Code and local code requirements.
- Superior written and communication skills
