- For the experienced role: 2 to 5-plus years of structural engineering design experience in a consulting or AEC environment
- For the entry-level role: internship or co-op exposure to structural design is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of structural design software
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously within a team-based workflow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — this team operates collaboratively and in constant communication
- EIT certification preferred; PE licensure a plus for experienced candidates
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to join an employee-owned firm where your contributions are visible, your growth is intentional, and your compensation — including 100% employer-paid family healthcare, OT pay, bonuses, and a $2,000 HSA contribution — reflects what the market should actually pay a skilled structural engineer.
