Structural Designer - Mission Critical
Our Mission Critical team is looking to add an early-career team member to our group of talented Structural Engineers. The candidate need not have prior Mission Critical experience, but should be enthused about joining HED's shared commitment to Advancing Your World through Critical Thinking, Integrated Practice, and Design Excellence. Position Summary
As a Structural Designer I at HED, you will be an emerging design professional focused on learning and applying foundational engineering skills within an integrated team environment. Under direct guidance, you will support the structural engineering team in the design and documentation of building systems across a variety of project types. This position is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical acumen, develop proficiency in core software tools, and contribute meaningfully to the successful delivery of thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful design solutions aligned with HED's integrated practice.
