Job Title: Structural Designer / Drafter
Job Description
This Structural Designer/Drafter role focuses on developing detailed structural drawings, models, and construction documents for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential building projects. Working under the direction of structural engineers and project leaders, you support project execution through drafting, modeling, detailing, and coordination activities that ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality deliverables. You collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to produce coordinated construction documents that meet project requirements, company standards, and established drafting procedures while contributing to successful project outcomes.

Work Environment
This role is based in a newly renovated office located in Glen Burnie, offering an in-office setting with a flexible workday. The typical workload averages 80 hours every two weeks, with some variation depending on project needs. Team members use company-provided laptops and work with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM technologies, and Microsoft Office in a collaborative, engineering-focused environment. The culture emphasizes learning and connection through weekly lunch-and-learn sessions, donut and bagel Fridays every other Friday, and regular team outings or happy hours. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65/hr.
