Title: Structural Designer Engineer

Location: Austin, TX 78725

Pay Range:  $60/Hr. to $65/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Produce accurate LOD 300 structural models for use with Construction Documents (including project notes, foundation and framing plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules)
• Coordinate structural modeling and assist with utility routing across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Piping/Plumbing, Network, Architecture, and Fire Protection
• Integrate design input from vendors and manufacturers into the structural model while coordinating with other disciplines
• Collaborate with the BIM/CAD support team using Navisworks, Revizto, and 3D laser-scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and work additional hours when needed to deliver quality results

• 8+ years of overall experience
• Team feels candidates with less experience may not have enough senior-level experience for this position
• 6+ years of Structural Revit experience
• Specifically structural design using Revit
• LOD 300 drawing/model packages
• Must understand BIM standards and the level of detail expected in 3D models
