Structural Bridge Maintenance Supervisor

Lead safe, efficient bridge maintenance in the field

Picture your day starting with a safety huddle, aligning crew members on tasks and risks. You verify equipment and materials are staged, then coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep work flowing. Throughout the shift, you monitor quality and productivity, schedule inspections, uphold compliance standards, and document progress. You set clear expectations, coach crew members, and when needed, take corrective action—all while operating within Curtis Contracting’s policies, procedures, and core values.

What you will oversee

• Site supervision for safe, productive field operations on bridge maintenance and related structures
• Planning and logistics: materials, equipment, sequencing, inspections, and compliance
• Daily coordination with subcontractors and vendors to meet milestones
• Field leadership: communicate goals, provide guidance, and administer discipline as appropriate

What you bring

• 5–7 years of construction experience, including leadership on bridge structure work (Foreman/Superintendent/Lead)
• Proven ability to plan work, manage crews, and maintain safety and quality standards
• Strength in scheduling, inspections, and jobsite compliance
