Nature of the Work
As one of the company's Project Managers (PM) youare responsible for generating revenue by strategically planning and overseeing a wide range of different projects from beginning to end. This is a key position; you will be the key tactical partner between the office and field operations team. You will help pave the way for growth and success of the company by creating techniques to craft the values of the company and maximizing new growth potential by creating, implementing, and evaluating data-focused, strategies to help satisfy client expectations while exceeding profit projections.
The Striping Project Manager has brief oversight of entire operations of IBC and will be the Director of Operations' "go to" for questions regarding a project. They are held accountable for the relationship with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the project before, during, and upon completion. They also represent IBC in the community and should build relationships with stakeholders to earn new business.
