IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
The rates reflected in this notice are strike rates and are applicable only for the duration of the strike assignment. Once the strike concludes, rates will be adjusted to the standard bill and pay rates for the position. Final post-strike rates have not yet been determined and will be communicated when available.
Attending orientation is required to be able to work the strike. Please ensure candidates are aware that they will be expected to attend orientation otherwise they are not qualified to work the strike. If the candidate attends orientation and does not work the strike - they will not be paid for orientation.
Timesheets
If the candidate does not receive a badge, they need to fill out a manual timesheet and this needs to be signed by the department director for any time worked in order for them to be paid for the shift.
For any time not in the VMS, please provide the signed manual timesheet within the 30-day window from the shift worked otherwise this will not be paid.
