Qualifications:
- Exercise Science/Kinesiology, or other related degrees OR
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Certified Personal Trainer
Skills:
- Comfortable working hands- on with individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Able to travel for in-person training once hired
Required Availability
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities.
- Serves Members and potential Members with an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
- Keep Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals/set new goals to continue monthly Membership
- Learn and execute the sales process
- Assist with cleanliness of the studio
- Partner with the management team and Membership Director to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
