Stretch Zone West Bradenton is looking for an energetic dependable and people focused Stretch Practitioner to join our team.
No prior assisted stretching experience is required. We provide paid training and Stretch Zone certification
This is a hands on fitness and wellness position working one on one with members to improve mobility flexibility and overall quality of life
COMPENSATION
Starting pay is 16 dollars per hour plus 2 dollars for every completed 30 minute stretch. As your client schedule grows, you have the potential to earn 20 dollars per hour or more.
Your earning potential increases as your schedule and clientele grow.
This is a part time position with the opportunity for additional hours as the studio grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide one on one practitioner assisted stretching sessions
Perform introductory stretches for prospective members
Educate members about mobility and flexibility
Build strong relationships with members
Provide an exceptional member experience
Encourage consistency rebooking and retention
Help prospective members understand the benefits of continued stretching
Maintain accurate member and session notes
Maintain a clean and professional studio
Work with the sales and management team to achieve studio goals

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Experience is helpful but not required
Candidates with backgrounds or education in personal training exercise science kinesiology athletic training physical therapy massage therapy chiropractic care nursing sports yoga Pilates fitness or wellness are encouraged to apply
Students and recent graduates in exercise science kinesiology health sciences fitness or related programs are also encouraged to apply
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to safely perform assisted stretching techniques after training and certification
Ability to perform the physical requirements of a hands on stretching position
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
