Job Description:
This job is responsible for building, consolidating and reporting stress testing results for Enterprise Stress Testing management. Key responsibilities include performing complex analysis related to earnings, balance sheet, capital, liquidity as well as associated risk exposure, and providing analytical support for explaining business/forecast strategies in the context of baseline and stress forecast. Job expectations include reviewing and analyzing trends in stress testing results to understand implications, challenges assumptions/results and communicates effectively with business partners.

Responsible for developing, consolidating, and communicating enterprise stress testing results to senior Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (ESPE) leadership. This role performs complex analysis across earnings, balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and related risk exposures, providing insight into business strategies and performance under baseline and stressed economic conditions. The position requires the ability to evaluate trends, challenge assumptions, and articulate the implications of stress testing results to a wide range of stakeholders. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and effectively partner across business and risk functions.

The Stress Testing Consultant supports the ESPE Analyst team through both strategic initiatives and the end-to-end stress testing process. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain enterprise-wide exposure to the company's businesses, financial drivers, and risk profile while partnering with leaders across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and the lines of business. The successful candidate will contribute to the review, challenge, analysis, and reporting of stress testing results, support regulatory and governance initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across the stress testing framework.
