    What You’ll Do

    As a Flexologist, you’ll:

    • Lead customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 minutes)

    • Assess mobility patterns and build stretch routines based on client goals

    • Educate clients on movement mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention

    • Build relationships that keep clients engaged and on track

    • Track client progress and support long-term results

    • Participate in workshops and continuing education alongside like-minded professionals

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Certification or degree in:

      • Strength & Conditioning, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field

    • Preferred Certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USAW, ISSA-SSC, or similar

    • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

    • Comfortable working one-on-one in a hands-on setting

    • Passion for mobility, movement efficiency, and client-focused outcomes

    Preferred:

    • Experience working with athletes or active populations

    • Knowledge of functional movement screening or corrective exercise

    • Background in massage therapy, yoga, or mobility coaching is a plus
