We combine deep industry, functional and technology capabilities to help insurers navigate complex business and digital transformations, modernize core operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. This Senior Manager will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams while helping expand our insurance industry capabilities.

What You Will Do
• Lead insurance client engagements from discovery and business case development through roadmap, design, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Advise property and casualty, life and annuity, health insurance, broker, MGA and insurance services clients as relevant to your expertise; understand their operating models, distribution channels and regulatory considerations.
• Manage transformation programs across insurance functions such as underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, customer and agent experience, finance and distribution.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, governance structures and measurable performance indicators.
• Guide core system modernization, platform integration, process redesign, cloud and digital enablement, data and analytics, intelligent automation and responsible AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops with insurance business leaders, CIO/technology teams, operations leaders and third-party solution providers to define requirements, prioritize initiatives and resolve tradeoffs.
