Job Description:

Our client is seeking a temporary Marketing Manager, Content Delivery & Agency Operations contractor to support the execution of marketing campaigns, creative development, and content production during a leadership transition period.

This role serves as the primary day-to-day liaison with our client's creative agency and internal marketing teams, ensuring content and campaign assets are developed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time. The contractor will manage content calendars, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee creative workflows, and maintain brand standards across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing manager with strong agency management, project management, content production, and integrated marketing execution experience. This individual will help maintain marketing momentum, ensure operational continuity, and support delivery of marketing initiatives without owning long term brand strategy responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Agency Management & Creative Development

* Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for our client's creative agency partner.

* Manage creative briefs, timelines, review cycles, and asset delivery.

* Coordinate agency resources to support marketing campaign priorities.

* Facilitate creative reviews and consolidate stakeholder feedback.

* Ensure agency deliverables align with approved briefs, timelines, and business objectives.

* Track agency performance against agreed deliverables and service expectations.

* Escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints as appropriate.

2. Content Production & Delivery

* Coordinate development of marketing content across paid, owned, earned, CRM, social, web, app, and in-center channels.

* Maintain integrated content calendars and production schedules.

* Prioritize content requests and manage workflow across multiple stakeholders.

* Ensure content assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with campaign objectives.

* Support localization and adaptation of content across various marketing channels.

* Partner with CRM, Media, Digital Experience, and Operations teams to ensure seamless content deployment.

3. Campaign Execution Support

* Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch.

* Coordinate deliverables across agency, media, CRM, digital, and internal teams.

* Maintain visibility of key milestones, dependencies, and launch schedules.

* Ensure marketing programs remain aligned to approved campaign plans.

* Track campaign readiness and facilitate launch coordination.

4. Brand Governance & Quality Control

* Apply established client brand guidelines across content and creative executions.

* Review content for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

* Coordinate approvals with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and Operations partners.

* Maintain content archives and asset management processes.

* Ensure all marketing materials reflect approved messaging and visual identity standards.

5. Marketing Operations & Workflow Management

* Manage marketing project plans, production schedules, and resource allocation.

* Lead status meetings and workflow reviews across stakeholders.

* Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
