Strategy & Enablement, within the Enterprise Transformation organization, sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading the development of enterprise strategy and translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. The function connects strategic planning, program and initiative design, strategic roadmaps, decision-making frameworks, and value realization to translate strategic objectives into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes. Through this work, the team drives organizational alignment, strengthens accountability, and enables informed decision-making to deliver strategic outcomes and long-term enterprise value.
As a Strategy & Enablement Director, you will play a key role in shaping the enterprise''s future direction while partnering with senior leaders across business, technology, and functional teams to advance the organization''s most important strategic priorities. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and enterprise influence to drive execution, strengthen alignment and accountability, and deliver measurable business value.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, sound business judgment, and strong analytical capabilities, along with the ability to translate complex objectives into practical plans that drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at influencing within a matrixed environment, navigating ambiguity, and building alignment among senior stakeholders to advance enterprise objectives and long-term value creation.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Enablement Director serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the development of enterprise strategy and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, organizational alignment, and measurable outcomes. The Director also provides leadership and development for a team of strategy professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, building organizational capabilities, and enabling the successful execution of enterprise priorities.
