Job Description:
Other duties as assigned. Develops and implements process improvements to enhance project and program efficiency. Ensures that all projects adhere to organizational standards and best practices. Develops comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria. Collaborates with key stakeholders to document and align project goals and deliverables. Integrates individual projects into the overall program portfolio for cohesive management and governance. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. Establishes metrics and tracking systems to monitor project progress and outcomes. Holds team members accountable for meeting project milestones and performance standards. Facilitates regular meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project timelines, scope, or success. Provides clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment across all project participants. Analyzes and reports on project performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
