Description

Strategy Consultant
INTERNAL NOTE:

This has been a challenging search because we’re looking for a fairly specific combination of experience: corporate or consulting strategy, strong market research and commercial strategy capabilities, and ideally exposure to industrial, data center, electrification, energy, or technology markets.

The role will lead and support workstreams involving market studies, competitive assessments, Voice of Customer/Voice of Market research, pricing and go-to-market strategy, market intelligence, and recommendations to senior leadership. M&A may come into the picture, but it is a supporting component rather than the primary focus of the role.

I’m attaching the job description along with two sample resumes that represent the type of background the hiring manager has responded well to. The profiles are different, but both demonstrate the blend we’re targeting: Alejandro brings corporate strategy experience within Schneider Electric’s mission-critical/data center business, while Matt brings strategy consulting plus an engineering background and experience across automotive, electrification, and energy-transition markets
