Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Responsibilities of the role:
" Partner with product owners and UX specialists to help develop and drive our WalkMe strategy, leading the design, build, and maintenance of our WalkMe deployments for internal-facing applications and developing KPIs and operational metrics/reporting for our WalkMe deployments.
" Work across multiple product areas within the Commercial Bank, developing strong partnerships with Lines of Business and product teams.
" Design, code, test, debug, and document WalkMe capabilities and requirements for projects and programs.
" Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives within technical domain environments.
" Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis to arrive at creative approaches to solving complex issues and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
" Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:
" 5+ years of experience delivering WalkMe solutions/programs within customer organizations/internal departments.

Desired Qualifications:
" 5+ years of management consulting, strategy consulting, or business operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
" 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
" 4+ years of experience working with enterprise technologies and business content.
" 3+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies using various UX research tactics (e.g., developing personas, experience mapping, conducting contextual user research and UX measurement activities).
" Experience with digital design, mobile design, or a combination of both, with a focus on user experience.
" Experience working in a deadline-driven environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities are essential.
" Experience building and presenting demo environments for customers at all levels.
" Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
" Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
" Experience working in a complex, highly regulated environment.
" Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
" A BS/BA degree or higher.
