Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. GDMS has an immediate opening for a passionate, experienced Strategy and Business Development Capture Manager (SBDCM) focused on strategic growth activities. The SBDCM will lead the customer relationship building and market assessment activities for critical strategic growth initiatives at General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), including cultivating key U.S Government customers and industry partners, performing competitive and market assessments, and leading the development of long-range strategic plans. The position reports to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Maritime and Strategic Systems Line of Business within GDMS, directly supporting the Vice President of Advanced Programs, and provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s most critical national defense priorities. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
