In this highly visible role, you will lead and support strategic workforce planning initiatives that influence how the organization identifies, develops, and deploys talent across the enterprise. Working in a dynamic government contracting environment, you will partner with leaders across the business to design scalable workforce solutions that support mission-critical programs and essential public services.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, AI aptitude, project management, and executive communication skills. You will leverage workforce data and emerging technologies to identify future skill requirements, optimize talent solutions, and develop actionable workforce plans that enable long-term organizational success. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
