Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience in visual design, prototyping, and creating presentations.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
Master"s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, including facilitating workshops using design thinking methodologies.
2 years of experience leading design projects and creating scalable design frameworks.
Experience utilizing AI-assisted design workflows and tools to generate functional prototypes.
Experience in motion design or working in an agency design environment.

From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.
As an Interaction Designer, you"ll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
The mission of the Ecosystem Growth team is to seamlessly connect people and products, so that more users can unlock the full value of Google. Our goal is to drive both broader and deeper engagement with Google products across platforms, by helping users discover, and experience everything Google has to offer. Our products include Google Contacts, PeopleGraph, ShareKit, AppSwitcher, Feature Drops, Google Guide, Google Notifications Platform, and other primitives and tools that enable better connections between people and products.
As a part of Ecosystem Growth, you will drive zero-to-one innovation efforts across our portfolio, exploring opportunities through direct design and prototyping, and developing a guiding UX outlook narratives to inform product strategy and secure partner buy-in.
User experience is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. We strive to learn and understand our users' needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. Our UX teams include designers, researchers, content strategists, and engineers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products' unique capabilities and personalities. Our work touches billions while exemplifying a key principle that is core to Google's philosophy: "Focus on the user and all else will follow."
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
