We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Representative to join our Business Development Team as we continue to grow the business.
Position Summary
This role is all about direct customer education and support. The Strategic Solutions Executive will have a passion for building superior customer relations and training end-users on how to best serve their LEP population by effectively using MasterWord's various solutions. The Strategic Solutions Representative will be responsible for moving quickly throughout customers' sites delivering trainings and identifying training opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support and implement all Company’s solutions which will include translation, over-the-phone-interpreting (OPI), video remote interpretation services, and other services MasterWord will offer in the future at new and existing client facilities;
Through regular contact with client base, ensure clients have adequate materials and knowledge to effectively use all solutions;
Partner with Strategic Solutions Executives to drive sales growth and expand existing accounts within assigned territory.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Manage and grow existing clients accounts, ensuring retention and expansion of services.
Other duties as assigned.
Education /Experience
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one or more years of experience and/or training in language program management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Willing to adhere to required health and safety policies when visiting clients.
Familiarity with interpretation and translation industry preferred.
