Strategic Relationship Manager - Agricultural Lending

A growing agricultural lender is adding a Strategic Relationship Manager to lead its region. It's a hybrid role, and the base salary is $120,000 - $160,000.

You'll manage a portfolio of the lender's largest agricultural clients and give them white-glove service. You'll also lead, coach and motivate a team of relationship professionals, and drive growth across the region.

The package includes a company vehicle with fleet insurance, a 401(k) match, and discretionary bonuses. This is a chance to help shape a new leadership role at an expanding lender.
