    Enlight Renewable Energy is a global leader in renewable energy solutions, committed to driving sustainable energy projects across multiple countries.

    We are looking for a Strategic Projects & Integration Manager to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to advance strategic initiatives, prepare executive-level materials, lead cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence across Enlight headquarters and its U.S. subsidiary, Clēnera.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with execution and collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic, global environment in a fast-paced, global renewable energy environment.

    Location: Remote, with required quarterly travel to Clinera's headquarters in Idaho



    Responsibilities:
    • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across Enlight and Clēnera.
    • Prepare executive presentations, business analyses, and materials for senior leadership.
    • Lead post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives to strengthen collaboration and operational alignment.
    • Design and improve business processes and workflows across different functions.
    • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Israel to solve operational challenges and drive execution.
    • Develop structured procedures, support change management efforts, and deliver training when needed.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, process improvement, consulting, or post-merger integration.
    • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent PowerPoint, presentation development, and executive storytelling skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Professional experience in the U.S.
    • Familiarity with Israeli organizations
    • U.S. resident with excellent English communication skills.
